Leadership Development Certificate for Managers (Brandman University)

The Leadership Development Certificate for Managers is designed for both emerging and experienced managers who want practical and proven tools to maximize their effectiveness.  In this 10-week, 45-hour program, participants are organized into small “learning teams” to work on leadership challenges and individual skill development. Participants create and implement an Individual Development Plan that provides the framework for applying what they learn in class to workplace issues and situations.

Participants will learn leadership best practices including how to:

• Identify their personality preferences and leadership style
• Plan and execute strategically
• Effectively direct change and manage transition
• Create alignment, build trust and form networks
  Apply socially responsible and ethical business

• Build and maintain high performing teams
