Using The Five Behaviors of a
Cohesive Team™

...to work with New Teams, Teams in Trouble,
and Provide New Skills to All Team Members

There are many reasons teams fail.
There’s one proven way to help them succeed...

“The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team” created by Patrick Lencioni and the terrific team at Wiley.

You’ll Walk Away With…

  • A complete understanding of the Five Behaviors Model and how Wiley’s Everything DiSC fits into the process
  • New materials/curriculum that add on to the Wiley offerings.
  • An understanding of the many different methods for working with teams and entire departments
  • Depending on the needs of the participants and input from the leader, a method for selecting the materials available.
  • Insights into the timing of the sessions to get the results you and the client want.
  • Follow up ideas to keep the learning fresh and ensure the application continues

Internal practitioners of Human Resources and Talent Development need to continuously be looking for ways to add value to the organization. The ability to work with teams at all levels, and help them improve their productivity and results, is a terrific way to do this and add great value to the business.

Take a look at this video for a preview.

Who Should Attend…

  • Talent Development and Human Resources Professionals who have experience facilitating training and team building programs for all levels of the organization
  • Anyone who has been certified by Wiley who wants additional materials and curriculum to expand their ability to  work with their clients in a variety of settings
  • (You do not need to be certified in any products to attend)

Pre-Work Requirements...
