She has consulted for Fortune 500 companies including Toyota, Cheesecake Factory, Intel and Shire.

To develop content-rich learning solutions, she has interviewed hundreds of SMEs in focus groups and 1:1 interviews.

Michele has written for learning publications, including ATD, and spoken at national and chapter events.
