Service Description
As a Certified Performance Technologist, I provide a systematic analysis of the work and workplace to identify the causes or factors that limit performance. Then, I recommend, develop and implement solutions in partnership with you in order to ensure the business results you expect.

As a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, I partner with you to plan for an upcoming change including assessing change impacts, writing change communication and/or training your managers to successfully lead their employees through change.
