I specialize in organizational change initiatives associated with technology, and in facilitating cross-functional collaboration to solve problems and achieve goals. I'm a systems thinker with over 10 years of internal and external consulting experience including process re-engineering, project management, and organizational change.
A few years ago, I returned to school for a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Biola University, which I finished with highest honors in December 2008.
