Workshop: Improvisation for Talent Development Professionals

Thursday, October 20 ~ 1:00 to 5:00 pm

This unique program, customized by Lee Godden and Bob Doll of Advantage Improv, is designed to help T&D professionals improve how they communicate, engage and lead by leveraging proven-effective improvisation techniques.

Join us for this fast-paced, interactive half-day workshop ideal for all human resources professionals, talent development managers, trainers, instructional designers and performance consultants.


Total Trainer: Delivering Training ~ 9-week series

9 Tuesdays: Sep 20 to Nov 15 ~ 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 pm

The course works great for both experienced and inexperienced trainers and presenters. Those less experienced focus on developing fundamental skills, while the more experienced take action on subtle tips and techniques that take their skills to the next level.

You will take these skills to the next level:

  • Engage your audience through discussion, practice and your
    basic presentation skills  
  • Structure, Prepare for and Practice your presentation
  • Lead activities, Use humor, and Handle off-track and challenging participants
